Ashley Mulloy is a Maryland native, Mother to two young children and loves living in the community where she grew up. She considers it an honor to be able to help people purchase and sell their homes and real estate. In fact, this is something she has always wanted to do. Ashley has experience working as an investor and renovating homes, bringing them to their greatest potential and working with other real estate agents to place them on the market. She is excited to launch her real estate career and finally be able to walk clients through the whole process as a real estate agent! Ashley also currently co-owns and operates Morgan Vernette Properties, LLC which purchases and manages properties to be sold on the market. Ashley also has extensive relationships with architects and engineers who can help develop what you are looking for whether purchasing a fixer upper or land to be developed. Prior to entering the world of real estate, she worked in architectural sales where she managed accounts and sales nationally. Ashley embraces digital marketing and social media campaigns and uses them frequently. She combines trending home sales, home styling and technology to effectively market and sell a home. Ashley is honest, trustworthy and strives to exceed her clients expectations. In her spare time, Ashley loves watching her children snowboard, play lacrosse and football. An active member of the PTA, she loves volunteering at their school and being active in her community. She also manages a small commercial vineyard on her family farm in Woodbine, MD and has served previously on the Maryland Grape Growers board as Vice President and Education Chair. Ashley is passionate about making everything she does the best it can be!
